📜Using ParentSafe
By creating an account or using the ParentSafe, ParentSafe Junior or desktop apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
👪Who can use it
ParentSafe is for parents and legal guardians. You must be an adult in your country to create an account, and you may only monitor devices you own or are legally allowed to manage for your child.
✅Your responsibilities
- Use ParentSafe only to protect and support your own child.
- Tell your child about the monitoring in a way that suits their age.
- Never use ParentSafe to spy on another adult or someone who hasn't agreed.
- Keep your sign-in and parent PIN private.
📱Platform differences
Features depend on what each platform allows. Reports and controls on Android, iOS, Windows and macOS can differ, and may change when Apple, Google or Microsoft change their systems.
💳Plans & payments
You can start for free. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.
⚖️Service & liability
We work hard to keep ParentSafe reliable, but it is provided “as is”. No tool can guarantee that every unsafe site or app is blocked, so ParentSafe supports, and does not replace, parental guidance. To the extent allowed by law, Vertex Bytes is not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
🗑️Ending your account
You can stop using ParentSafe at any time and delete your data from the Delete Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
